At TradeRad Radiators, we want every order to arrive as smoothly as it was chosen.
Free UK Mainland Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders to the UK mainland. There is no minimum spend.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses on the UK mainland. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man.

Working Days
All deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Made-to-Order Products
For made-to-order products, we recommend placing your order early to avoid delays. In many cases, delivery may be faster than estimated. If you need your order urgently, our team will be happy to help expedite delivery where possible.
Quality Assurance
We take great care to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition.
- Please inspect your items upon delivery before the driver leaves.
- If you notice any damage, sign for the delivery as "damaged".
- If one item in your order is damaged, sign for the entire shipment as damaged to ensure proper documentation and a smooth claims process.
