REFUND POLICY – TradeRad Radiators

TradeRad Radiators is a trading name of C W Commerce Limited, Unit 6 Corporation Yard, 2A Harwich Road, Colchester, Essex, CO4 3BN. Company No. 08445023. VAT No. 159 0164 12.

We understand that sometimes a product might not be quite right. That's why we offer a 30-day returns policy.

Faulty or damaged goods

When your goods are delivered, please inspect them for any faults, damage or missing parts and tell us within three working days of receiving them. If you are unable to check your items at the time of delivery, please sign for them as "unchecked".

If you find a fault or damage, please report it to us within 3 working days of receipt by telephone or email. We will ask for photos of the damaged goods and packaging so the issue can be investigated with the courier or manufacturer. Damaged items cannot be returned more than 30 days after the goods were received.

Unwanted goods

Unwanted goods can be returned to us within 30 days for a full refund. We can arrange a return collection, but this may involve a small cost deducted from your refund; this will be agreed with you before the return is organised. Unwanted items requested for return more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a full refund, but we reserve the right to consider offering a refund with a restocking fee deducted.

Condition of returned goods

Returned goods must be in a resaleable condition. Items that appear to have been fitted, or that someone has attempted to fit, will not be eligible for a refund. Please return goods in their original packaging, with no brown tape used and no writing on the packaging.

Made-to-order products

Made-to-order items (for example custom-painted radiators or towel rails) are made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once ordered.

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and checked, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How to return an item

1. Email our customer support team at sales@traderadradiators.co.uk with your order reference number.

2. Please allow at least 1 working day for a response with return instructions.
