TradeRad Radiators (traderadradiators.co.uk) is a trading name of C W Commerce Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, Company Number 08445023. "We", "us" and "seller" mean C W Commerce Limited.

By placing an order through traderadradiators.co.uk you confirm that:
- you are a resident of the UK;
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- you are at least 18 years of age; and
- you agree to the terms and conditions set out on this page.
Contract
All orders placed through the website or by phone are subject to C W Commerce Limited accepting the order. Any order emails you receive acknowledge that your request has been received and will be reviewed; they do not represent acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed between you and C W Commerce Limited when the products you have ordered have been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order before acceptance. No order will be accepted without payment.
Ownership of the goods passes to the customer on delivery.
By completing your order you acknowledge that these terms were provided to you before you placed the order and that you accept them in full. If you do not accept these terms, you will not be able to complete an order through traderadradiators.co.uk.
Description of goods
The goods are described on the individual product pages. From time to time manufacturers alter their designs slightly. Although we take every care to make sure the product image on the website is correct, there may be slight variations in the end product compared with the image and measurements provided.
Wherever available to us, we provide technical documentation and fitting instructions on the product pages. If there is not enough information for your buying decision, please contact us on 01206 913565 and we will be happy to make further enquiries with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Manufacturer guarantees cover the quality of manufacture and the materials used. A guarantee only covers the use for which the product was designed. All guarantees are the responsibility of the manufacturer, except where products are guaranteed directly by C W Commerce Limited. All our items are designed for UK installation only; if you choose to install them outside the UK you do so at your own risk, and manufacturer guarantees will not apply.
We advise against booking any plumber, electrician or installer until you have received and inspected your goods. We will not be liable for any compensation, consequential loss or tradesperson costs. Delivery timescales given on the website or in emails are given in good faith but cannot be taken as exact.
Pricing and payment
All prices on the website include VAT at the current UK rate.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for and accepted.
Despite our efforts, some items may occasionally be priced incorrectly. If a product's correct price is higher than the price shown on the website, we will either contact you about the pricing issue or cancel the order. We will not supply the product at the lower price where there is a clear, unmistakable and obvious pricing error.
We require full payment before any order is accepted. The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider.
Delivery
Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free, with no minimum spend. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us before ordering. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Our couriers are contracted to deliver to the roadside only, so you may need to bring your items into your property. Please arrange assistance if your items are heavy.
Custom and made-to-order products
Made-to-order products include, but are not limited to, custom-painted radiators and towel rails. These items are made specifically for your order and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once ordered. Delivery times may vary on these items; please check with us on 01206 913565 or at sales@traderadradiators.co.uk to confirm the delivery time.
Returns
Please inspect your goods on delivery and report any faults, damage or missing parts within three working days of receipt. If you cannot check the items at delivery, please sign for them as "unchecked". Unwanted goods can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy (including resaleable condition, original packaging, and any agreed collection cost).
