Free UK mainland delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders to the UK mainland. There is no minimum spend.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses on the UK mainland. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man.

Working days
All deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery timescales
Any delivery timescales shown on the website or in emails are estimates given in good faith and cannot be guaranteed. If you need your order by a particular date, please tell us in the order notes at checkout or contact us, and we will do our best to help.
Made-to-order products
For made-to-order products, we recommend placing your order early to avoid delays. In many cases delivery may be faster than estimated. If you need your order urgently, our team will be happy to help expedite delivery where possible.
Kerbside delivery
Our couriers are contracted to deliver to the roadside, so you may need to bring items into your property yourself. Please arrange assistance if your items are heavy.
Checking your delivery
We take great care to make sure your goods arrive in perfect condition.
- Please inspect your items on delivery, before the driver leaves.
- If you notice any damage, sign for the delivery as "damaged".
- If one item in your order is damaged, sign for the entire shipment as damaged so the claim can be documented and handled smoothly.
- If you cannot check the goods while the driver is there, sign for them as "unchecked" and report any fault or damage to us within 3 working days.
We advise against booking a plumber, electrician or installer until you have received and inspected your goods.
